|| St. Joseph Cathedral is the oldest church in the province of Romblon and has been around since the 15th century. From then till now, there have been renovations with its facade made of marbles but the religious paintings and antique collections still remain intact inside the church.
4.) Trek up the mountain...

|| Situated in Magdiwang, Mt. Guiting-Guiting is the highest peak in Sibuyan Island. This mountain is recommended for seasoned hikers only. But if you're up for a little adventure, this is highly recommended. Remember the hiker's basic things to bring!
...or visit an old Spanish fortress instead
Fort San Andres [Exterior] (source)
|| Fort San Andres was built to guard the town of Romblon and as a symbol of control of the Spaniards towards the Filipinos residing there at that time. It overlooks the town and the bodies of water surrounding it making it the perfect spot to see intruders. Visit the place and travel back to the past!
3.) Explore the unspoiled beaches of Romblon
Bonbon Beach (source)
|| Boracay is sooooo last year. Explore one of Romblon's unspoiled beaches that can pass as Boracay's sister beach. Uncrowded, powdery white sand, clear water, and pristine surroundings featuring a gradually sloping ocean floor free of sea grass and sharp stones, Bonbon beach has it all for you!
2.) Visit the marble factories

|| Not visiting the factories that produces the Romblon's best product is like eating ulam (viand) without kanin (rice), it's not complete [Filipino culture]. Just take a trike and tell the drivers to bring you to the factories and quarries and see for yourself why the people of Romblon pride themselves about their marble (and rightfully so, if I may add!)
1.) Swim with fishes
Looc Fish Sanctuary (source)
|| Located at Looc Bay, the sanctuary is full of different types of fishes that you can swim with as well because snorkeling, diving, and fish feeding are allowed with proper supervision. Near this floating bamboo raft, multi-colored giant clams can be found.
